ShD Games is a small set of free browser games (ASCII Depths, Rune Breaker, ASCII Snake, Wyrd Deck). This page explains, plainly, what data these games collect and why.
Each game generates a random player ID the first time you play, stored in your browser's local storage — not tied to your name, email, or any account, because there are no accounts. If you submit a score to a leaderboard, you can optionally type in a display name; that name and your score are the only things sent anywhere.
Everything else — game saves, Resume Codes, mute/music preferences, your local best-score cache — stays in your browser's local storage and is never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Some pages on this site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve ads and measure how they perform. You can read Google's own explanation of this at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
No email addresses, no passwords, no payment information, no tracking across other websites you visit. Personal data isn't sold to anyone, and isn't shared with anyone beyond what's described above.
ShD Games is not directed at children under 13, and knowingly collecting personal information from children under 13 is not intended.
